The Zabella Zine invites everyone who would like to try their hand at community poetry writing and making their own zine to a literary zine-making workshop.

Zabella Zine is a literary fanzine, an independent print publication published quarterly, always on different themes, featuring illustrations by different authors and poems by invited guests.

LITERATURE

The aim of the literary workshop is to bring the slogan of Budapest Design Week (New Standards) closer to the participants through joint poem writing.

COMMUNITY

It is done as a team because the poem will be written as a collective effort.

CREATIVE RECREATION

At the end of the workshop, all participants can decorate their own zine using collage techniques.

Poetry is written using the classic paper-folding game method: everyone writes two lines, of which the next participant sees only the second and adds his or her own thoughts. In this way, the paper goes around for five minutes and a finished text comes out.

No literary or artistic qualifications are required for participation. Materials, tools and accessories are provided on site. Just bring yourself so that others can create together with you!
