Riso Print Club at BPzines

Risograph print exhibition

10.7-11. Graphic Design, Animation, Photo, Media Design, Exhibition

BPzines exhibits prints and publications produced using the RISO technique from its latest works and collaborations.

RISO is a cross between silk-screen printing, photocopying and a stencil-based copying. Accordingly, the procedure is similar to silk-screen printing because colours are printed onto he paper one after the other, however, it is done digitally. The soy/rice-based RISO inks are mostly not thick paints, whereby new colours and interesting transitions can be achieved by printing different colours on top of each other.
