81font architecture & design is a weighty actor in the imaging of Budapest’s bars and restaurants – they designed the interiors of Doboz, Kolor and Mazel Tov, for instance. Péter Szendrő and his team of young people design bars, bistros and hangouts, recently adding offices, flats and shops to their menu of interior design – they share stories also about these to their audience.
Mito presents how a digital agency works in 2017. During their four-day workshop, participants can get a glimpse into the working process of a developer, a UX designer, a graphic designer and a creative expert – while working in a team with others on a demo project.

The open innovation workshop FabLab Budapest is a library of manufacturing technologies, where you can find a woodshop next to 3D printers, CNC machines and laser cutters. During the week you can learn more about the services of the lab where AB concrete design and Fabatka brands will be introduced.
Cool finnish designers will show their products and artworks at Bartók Béla Boulevard – study or buy them in this pop-up store. Gallerys and shops at Bartók Béla street will also create a special installation made of recycling designed things, in collaboration with great artists.
Spend a day with the team of Hello Wood! In the morning, you will have an opportunity to find out about our education projects, from Buenos Aires to Tokaj. The afternoon is devoted to studio projects, where the team members tell about our highlighted works in the current year. The evening will be spent drinking wine spritzer and screening behind-the-scenes videos shot this year and in previous years. Details on website!

On the occasion of the Design Week the shop also teamed up with Kontakt for a pop-up café, where baristas will be brewing Danish coffee La Cabra, which you can also purchase on the spot.
The exhibition draws attention to the importance of good quality and interactive design in the development of children's creative abilities. All exhibited objects are created by young Estonian designers. The selection covers the fields of play, learning, dressing up, and touches on the field of social design.
